Full Care Board                              $375.00 Effective June 1, 2010

Riding Lessons any Discipline       $45.00 per lesson

Veterinarian and Farrier are at Cost for horses in training.  Horses on Board are assessed a handling fee where applicable.

Mileage to shows or other facilities $1.00 per mile (portal to portal) Mileage shared with other customers where applicable.

Sometimes we have shows out of town.  Your bill will reflect board days and training days as needed.

Show Fees vary with each customer.  We will assist you in showing your favorite horse.  Prep fees are extra(banding, washing etc.)

Customers with horses in training will be billed at the end of each month and invoices are DUE UPON RECEIPT.  A late fee will apply to all invoices over 5 days .

Horses in our barn are part of our family, there is no extra charge for lights, fans or blankets.

Definition:          A Broke Horse, is a horse of any breed or age that will correctly and willfully respond to any cue given.

Horses brought to us are special to you.  We will provide the same care here.  We DO NOT provide you with a so called 30 day wonder.  NO trainer can provide you with adequate training in 30 days.  Please allow us time to prepare your horse for the show pen.  All horses are different.  Let us know when you arrive what your expectations are.  We will help you meet your goal.

Horses are fed 2 times per day.

Turnout Daily (rain and snow exceptions)

Horses Blanketed during winter at no extra charge.

Fans are provide to Training horses and Boarders furnished fans run 24 hours also.
